About Course

The Diploma in International Development Studies is designed for individuals interested in supporting the development of marginalised communities across the globe. It provides an interdisciplinary foundation for understanding development processes, challenges, and interventions in diverse and often complex socio-economic contexts.

The programme prepares students for careers in international development by equipping them with essential knowledge, practical skills, and professional awareness required to work effectively in unfamiliar or challenging environments. Particular emphasis is placed on poverty, conflict, governance, security, human rights, climate change, global inequality, and sustainable development.
